The Diffusion of Effective Behavioral Interventions (DEBI) project is designed to bring research-based HIV prevention interventions that have been proven to be successful. The goal of the DEBI initiative is to enhance the capacity of HIV prevention staff to implement these interventions effectively through trainings or technical assistance. The Effective Behavioral Interventions (EBI) under this project address HIV prevention efforts at different levels: Community, group, couple, and individual.
