Shared ActionHD operates on the basis of a framework that seeks to strengthen the capacity of HIV prevention within health departments to optimize planning, implementing, and sustaining High-Impact Prevention (HIP) interventions. The CBA model reflects three different levels of service delivery including:
1) Information and Technology Transfer (ITT)
2) Training for Skills-Building
3) Individualized Capacity Building Assistance.
